About the owner: Krystal Madan

Krystal trained for 15 years at Yolanda’s Academy of Music and Dance in West New York, New Jersey, and then studied her minor in Dance at Montclair State University. She has trained with professionals such as Luis Salgado (In the Heights, Broadway Dance Center), Megan Fulmer (Shrek: The Musical, National Broadway Tour), Jeff Shade, Jeff Marx, Diann Sichel, Pamela Licht, The Hive Dance Studio, and more. MSU was truly when Krystal found the love of choreographing by choreographing such shows as The Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Wedding Singer, RENT, and more. But that didn’t stop her there, she choreographed community theatre/non-profit organizations and high school productions such as Shrek The Musical, Man of La Mancha, Annie, RENT, and more. Before Krystal opened her studio, Krystal taught at many local North Jersey dance schools for several seasons such as Sublime Dance Company, Danielle Peyton Dance Company, and more. Her choreography has won numerous dance competitions and even brought dances to Star Dance Alliance’s World Dance Championships in 2023 and 2024. Currently, Krystal also serves as an adjudicator with Starquest, Journey Dance Competition, Take Center Stage Dance Challenge, Stage Ready Dance Competition, and Elevate Dance Challenge for the 2024 as well as 2025 season.

Krystal dreamt of one day owning her dance studio to train students of her own… and now that dream has come true.
